What A Time/ A Taste So Good (Two stories in one)- by: unknown forgotten

Not unlike a new beginning
Has this city been so cold
The hearts of the people are frozen
We're all so disturbed
The lamp posts that shine under the rain
Glisten their light onto the showers
The wind sways slowly
Holding the night in it's hand

All this unfamiliar weather
Is affecting my brain
Like a dream I sway slowly in the wind
Frozen hearted indeed
Buried to my knees in the soft soil
But it's not what it's talked up to be

I love this place
It consumes the soul
Though I may turn into birch or pine
The water treats me well

Leaves sprout from my fingertips
Branches burst from sides
The roots run deep down the spine in my back
And from my mouth will flow dark sweet sap

My fruit will be strange
Sweet smelling to the scents
The taste may be captivating
But the after affects will be death

Poisonous fruit
So sweet tasting you eat three in a minute
And writhe in pain until your demise
The taste so good
You lick your fingers 'till death

The Lady of Charn- by: unknown forgotten

Hail! Hail!
For the White Queen is dead!
Winter has ended!
The White Witch is dead!
Slain and bloody
By the Lion's mane!
See the the clouds parting
The sun is shining
Her evil reign of winter has met it's end

head full of helium (or something like it)- by: unknown forgotten

my head is full of helium
(or something like it)
and with these infernal winds
and this single fin that runs atop my skull
i'll blow away if i step rightly outside

(let's not forget
my back hurts
my blood is full of poison
and it eating away at my joints
what sleep I've had
oh, say it hurts bad
toss and turn)

by golly god
and his tasteful wrath
my eyes are turning backwards
and everything is going out of focus
shall i reap the flavors of my days

but I say mostly
my head is full of helium
(or a gas lighter than air)
feel i'll float away in a sooner day
like a hot air balloon
i'll course the world

this fin across my skull is growing bigger
and in these winds!
ha, we laugh at the humor
the funny bones that ache so bad
dare I? ha! dare I venture outside
say on a day like this?

not to mention the rain that's falling effortless
it stings, i say it stings like the bitter cold
or perhaps the spatter of boiling oil
and in these winds! ha! these winds they're strong
and with a head full of helium
I dare not step outside

oh what miserable days
feel like soggy toast
I'll slip and fall on the slick walk!
being so light and all
and in these winds!
and this effortless rain
i'll blow away
i'll blow right up away!

oh that jolly god
he mocks me with his weather
say i'll just kick back indoors this day
and we'll laugh at each other
being me with this head full of helium
(or something like it)
he taunts me with his powerful breath and blow
trying to knock me over in the rain that pours
Go outdoors? ha! we laugh at each other
ha! this grin across my jaw grows larger
good times, friends, good times

now say
with this head full of helium and all
just leave me alone
